113C, 80C, and 63M Motorized Pulleys
The 113C and 80C motorized pulleys are engineered to meet the needs of checkstand, X-ray, airport check-in counters, and many more lightweight applications. We have used high end materials to create the components which result in high efficiency, low-noise, space savings, durability, and longevity. A shaft supporting an A/C motor and techno-polymer planetary gear box, precision bearings, die-cast aluminum componentry, crowned or flat steel drumshell with a double lip oil seal to contain the internal oil which provides lubrication, cooling, and low-noise.
The 63M motorized pulley is a 24VDC power driven pulley. Similar to our Microroller and EcoSmart™ powered rollers, but with enhancements to handle belt tension. We have designed the 63M with 17mm shafts, high precision bearings, 24VDC brushless motor, steel planetary gearbox, and steel tube wall thickness allowing for crowned or flat finish. This non-oil filled driven pulley creates enough power for many light product applications and advanced driver card controls allow for easy implementation into your design.
