Endlessing
Endlessing is a generic industry word for joining a conveyor belt. The three primary types of endless splice are: finger, overlap, and step. Within each of these types, there are different variations such as the angle of the splice relative to the edge of the belt. These different splice types are preferred based on the strength, minimum pulley, and cosmetic appearance. Each method provides a smooth seam, making one continuous belt.

Our belts are placed into an aeropress, which then melts the PVC or Polyurethane together, making a seamless conveyor belt.

We offer different splice types such as finger-step-finger, straight finger, and spiral lace.
